An issue concerning the website has been brought to our attention. Users are unable to tune into the radio station using our web player. This will be fixed soon, meanwhile feel free to tune in to SerenityFM using one of the media player links provided on the web player.

About Us

Mission Statement
SerenityFM™ was created to show the world the best of Trance, House, and Electronic music.

At Serenity.FM…
We are aware not all of our listeners enjoy just one type of electronic music. This is why we decided to let our listeners choose what genre they want to enjoy. Along with some of our more experienced listeners we have many people that are new to dance/club music and this is why we decided to create an “In The Mix” station that plays the top songs from each genre and is not limited not just trance, house, or electronic. This is all brought to you by our amazing SerenityFM staff that is comprised of both producing DJs along with mixing DJs which are from all over the world.

Based in the Washington D.C area, Virtual Network Communications LLC is the parent company of SerenityFM. It was created in 2009 by Ajmal Hachim (Chief Executive Officer) and Cody Becker (Chief Operations Officer) while discussing up and coming dance music in The United States.

We are based around trance, house, and electronic, but we are always open to new types of dance/club music. SerenityFM DJs are the center piece of our entire business and without them we would be nothing, which is why we do whatever it takes to insure their happiness.

Welcome to SerenityFM™ You may use SerenityFM's™ Web sites, applications, software, widgets updates and services of Serenity.FM.
BY ACCESSING, USING OR INTERACTING WITH THE SERVICE, YOU SIGNIFY ELECTRONICALLY THAT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") AND THE TERMS OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

About these Terms

SerenityFM™ is provided by Virtual Network Communications LLC and its affiliates, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns and licensee, who provide SerenityFM™ (collectively, "we" or "us"). You understand and agree that as SerenityFM™ evolves, we may in our sole discretion change or update these Terms at any time. You can review the most current version of these terms by clicking on the "Terms of Service" hypertext link located at the bottom of our home page. Your ongoing use of SerenityFM™ after we post or notify you about changes to the Terms signifies your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole recourse is to stop using SerenityFM™.

About SerenityFM™

SerenityFM™ is intended for general audiences and for personal and information use only. We may add, change or discontinue any aspect of SerenityFM™ at any time, in our sole discretion and without notice to you. We may offer certain applications, services or features for a fee, which will be subject to separate payment terms that will be binding on you.
SerenityFM™ is controlled and operated within the United States. Although SerenityFM™ is accessible from outside of the United States, you understand and agree that SerenityFM™ (i) is not designed or customized for distribution for any specific country or jurisdiction (“Territory”), (b) is not intended for use by, any person or entity in any Territory where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, (c) may not be appropriate or available for access or use in any particular Territory, and (d) is provided without any Content filtering or rating mechanism. Content

You understand that SerenityFM™ does not pre-screen Content and you agree that SerenityFM™ has no obligation to pre-screen Content, although SerenityFM™ reserves the right to do so in its sole discretion. Some Content may contain materials that are objectionable, unlawful, or inaccurate.. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable to you for any Content or other materials hosted and served from third parties on SerenityFM™.

Registration

Registration is not required; however, you will need to register with us and obtain a SerenityFM™ user ID if you want to use certain interactive features on SerenityFM™. If you register, you must provide accurate identification, contact, and other information required as part of the registration process. You agree to keep your information current. You may not create any script or other automated tool that attempts to create multiple developer accounts. We may in our sole discretion reject any registration for any reason. By signing up with SerenityFM™, you represent and warrant that your information is accurate.

Additional Terms

Certain SerenityFM™ features may be subject to supplemental usage rules, guidelines and terms, which you will have an opportunity to review and which will be binding on you if you elect to use those features.

Electronic Delivery Policy and Your Consent

You acknowledge that you are agreeing to these terms online and electronically and that these Terms have the same effective as an agreement on paper. You authorize us to provide you with required notices, agreements and information concerning SerenityFM™ electronically. Your affirmative act of submitting and clicking to register for SerenityFM™ constitutes your electronic signature to these Terms. We will provide you our notices either by sending them to the e-mail address that you give to us or by posting the notices on the home page of the SerenityFM™ or on the relevant web page of the applicable service. If you want to withdraw your consent to receive notices electronically, your only recourse is to discontinue your use of the SerenityFM™.

Privacy Policy

The SerenityFM™ Privacy Policy is located in the privacy policy page and explains the practices that apply to your information when you use SerenityFM™. Your ongoing use of the SerenityFM™ signifies your consent to the Privacy Policy. You can review the Privacy Policy by clicking on the “Privacy Policy” link located on the home page of the SerenityFM™.

Access

You must provide at your own expense the equipment and Internet connections that you will need to access and use SerenityFM™, whether you access SerenityFM™ through broadband, wifi, wireless or other type of connection. If you access the SerenityFM™ through a telephone line, please call your local phone company to determine if the access numbers you select are subject to long distance or other toll charges at your location. Also, wireless, data or text messaging charges apply if you access the SerenityFM™ through wireless applications (e.g., cell phones). Check with your carrier to verify whether there are any such fees that may apply to you.

Responsibilities

You may use SerenityFM™ for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including all legal liability incurred from the use of your account by you or others.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not access or use SerenityFM™ or its Content, or otherwise engage in any conduct that: You agree that we may take any legal and technical remedies to enforce these Terms, including without limitation, immediate termination of your account or access to SerenityFM™ if we believe in our discretion that you are violating these Terms.

Spam

You may not use SerenityFM™ or any of our communication tools to transmit, directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk communications (including e-mails and instant messages). You may not harvest information about our users for the purpose of sending, or to facilitate the sending, of unsolicited bulk communications. You may not induce or allow others to use SerenityFM™ to violate the terms of this section. We may terminate your access or use of SerenityFM™ immediately and take any other legal action if you, or anyone using your access to SerenityFM™, violates these provisions. We may take any technical remedies to prevent unsolicited bulk communications from entering, utilizing, or remaining within our computer or communications networks.

Use of SerenityFM™

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to use SerenityFM™ subject to these Terms. You may not use SerenityFM™ in a manner that exceeds the rights granted for your use of SerenityFM™ and its Content. Without limitation of the foregoing, you may not frame any portion of SerenityFM™ or Content, or reproduce, record, reprint, copy, store, publicly display, broadcast, transmit, modify, translate, port, publish, sublicense, assign, transfer, sell, loan, make derivative works or otherwise distribute the Content without our prior written consent. You may not circumvent any mechanisms for preventing the unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the Content or SerenityFM™’s applications, software or services. Your license terminates immediately upon cancellation or termination of your account or if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.

Content You Post To Public Areas

Certain areas of SerenityFM™ may allow you to post Content that can be accessed and viewed by others, including the public in general. You may only post Content to public areas on SerenityFM™ that you created or that you have permission to post. You many not publicly post defamatory Content or someone else’s image or personal information without the express authorization of that person. You may not post Content that violates these Terms. We do not claim ownership of any Content that you may post. However, by submitting Content to public areas of SerenityFM™, you grant us and our parent the right to use, copy, display, perform, distribute, adapt and promote this Content in any medium. You agree that we have no duty to pre-screen Content, but we have the right to refuse to post or to edit submitted Content. We reserve the right to remove Content for any reason, but we are not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material.

DISCLAIMER

WE PROVIDE SERENITYFM™ "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. YOU ARE USING SERENITYFM™ AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT THE SERVICE AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, SERENITYFM™ AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES AND SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONTENT IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THAT EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRITIES OR CONDITIONS, SO THE AFROREMENTIONED EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SERENITYFM™ AND OUR LICENSORS HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR USE OF SERENITYFM™. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR PARENT, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE SERENITYFM™, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, CORRUPTION OF DATA, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION. YOUR SOLE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY DISPUTE WITH US OR SERENITYFM™ IS TO CANCEL YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. PARTS OF SERENITYFM™ ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT CHARGE AND YOU AGREE THAT THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS REPRESENT A REASONABLE ALLOCATION OF RISK UNDER THESE TERMS.

Indemnification

Upon a request by us, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our parent and other affiliated companies, and our respective employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees that arise from your use or misuse of SerenityFM™. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

Choice of Law and Location for Resolving Disputes.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION FOR ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE WITH SERENITYFM™, VIRTUAL NETWORK COMMUNICATIONS LLC, THIS AGREEMENT, OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND/OR SERENITYFM™ (OR ANY FEATURES THEREOF) RESIDES IN THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA AND YOU FURTHER AGREE AND EXPRESSLY CONSENT TO THE EXERCISE OF PERSONAL JURISDICTION IN SUCH COURTS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SUCH DISPUTE INCLUDING ANY CLAIM INVOLVING SERENITYFM™, THIS AGREEMENT, OF THIS SITE AND/OR SERENITYFM™ (OR ANY FEATURES THEREOF). PLEASE NOTE THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE WAIVING CLAIMS THAT YOU MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE AGAINST US BASED ON THE LAWS OF OTHER JURISDICTIONS, INCLUDING YOUR OWN.

Severability and Integration

These Terms and any supplemental terms, policies, rules and guidelines posted on SerenityFM™ constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all previous written or oral agreements. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Termination

Your right to use SerenityFM™ automatically terminates if you violate these Terms or any rules or guidelines posted in connection with SerenityFM™. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of SerenityFM™, for any reason, with or without notice. You may cancel or non-renew the Service by accessing your billing options at SerenityFM's™ Web site. On any non-renewal, SerenityFM™ must receive notice at least 1 day before your current service subscription expires to prevent you from being billed for the next automatic renewal. If you cancel the service altogether, you may receive a partial refund only as follows:
(1) If more than 31 days remain until your service subscription expires, cancellation is effective the day following the day SerenityFM™ receives notice. Your refund will be the less a 30-day cancellation penalty and you will not be billed again.
(2) If 31 days or less remain until your service subscription expires, cancellation is effective on the day your subscription expires.

You will not receive any refund for the days remaining to expiration, but you may continue to access the service during those days, and you will not be billed again. You understand and agree that cancellation of your service subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with SerenityFM™. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute involving:
(1) any term of this agreement, or SerenityFM's™ application or enforcement of this agreement;
(2) any policies or practices of SerenityFM™, or SerenityFM's™ application or enforcement of these policies or practices;
(3) any Content provided through the Service, or any change in the Content provided;
(4) your ability to access or use the service or any Content; or
(5) the fees, applicable taxes, payment methods, or any change to the fees, applicable taxes, or payment methods.

Membership

You may only use the service and Content for private, non-commercial purposes in compliance with applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which you use the service and Content, including, but not limited to, restrictions concerning copyright and other intellectual property rights. Under no circumstances may you: (a) modify the Content in any way, or create derivative works of the service or Content; (b) rent, lease, or distribute the service or Content to third parties; or (c) broadcast or perform the service or Content outside of your normal circle of family and friends.
You may not share your account information and passwords, or permit others to use your account to access the service or Content by any means. If an account is shown as having more than five IP address connected to it of a brief period of time then we have the right to terminate the membership with no refund. You are responsible for all activities that occur with your account and you agree to notify SerenityFM™ immediately of any unauthorized account use. SerenityFM™ will not be responsible for any loss that you may incur as a result of unauthorized use of your account and passwords.
You may not, by means of any device, software, or other method, attempt to circumvent technological measures controlling access to, or the rights in, the service or Content. The service and Content are intended for use only with properly licensed devices and software. It is entirely your responsibility to determine what copyright, patent or other licenses are required, and to obtain any such licenses, in order to access the service and Content.
You understand that upon any cancellation, expiration or termination of this agreement (whether by you or SerenityFM™), your license to the service and Content also terminates, and you shall immediately discontinue all further use of the Service.
